This workshop is NQF aligned: Unit Standard 10983 – NQF Level 4.

The changed Employment Equity legislation, with changes to definitions, turnover thresholds, a higher target of audits by DoL, means that this represents a higher risk to the business, notwithstanding missing the business benefits of a fully functioning EE process.

This workshop has its aim at assisting companies to set-up and administer an employment equity plan and at the same time covering the Employment Equity Act and assessing diversity programmes.  This workshop is an interactive programme and delegates will receive practical guidelines to assist them with the various processes that need to be put in place.

The programme is further designed to provide relevant information to members’ roles and responsibilities, as well as give some theoretical background; customized to ensure relevance to the company’s environment.
