This workshop focuses on the transformation of Supervisors as they develop their managerial and supervisory style. The course introduces the skills and processes, entailed in the supervisory role and lays a platform of systems and proficiency, through which the Supervisor is able to encourage effective implementation of supervisory skills and structures throughout their teams.

The workshop equips supervisors / middle managers to understand their overall role and gives them the skills to lead a team of people and manage the achievement of objectives in their departments. The course further focuses on leadership, personal and team styles and qualities to motivate people reporting to them and the leadership skills of decision making and delegation.

Pre-workshop input and questionnaires for best outcome is required. Brain organization, trait profile; conflict profile and team profile results shared.

Understanding how your leadership style impacts your staff (identify your “operating” system)
